Due to explosive growth within multiple categories at Target, we are adding this expansion role for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience working for (or with) Target on programs for Owned Brand as well as National brands. The role would be a combination of prospecting, managing existing business, and growing partnerships with some of the best factories and brands in the world.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with brand partners and sourcing/buying teams.
  • Educate brand partners on best practices for conducting business with Target such as program & price negotiations, assortment planning, promotional strategy, merchandising, and logistics.
  • Present new brands and SKUS to Merchant teams throughout the year with clear and effective proposals.

The eCommerce Analyst Associate will help support our direct-to-consumer team with brand management on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on helping manage a brands supply chain by using data to help analyze forecasting, sales, and overall performance.

About the job

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team! This role serves as a key player in supporting the operations and sales initiatives of the company. This position is responsible for daily client management ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, shipping time and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with clients and operations teams to create accurate forecasting and inventory management
  • Management of promotional activity for assigned accounts including implementation, analysis, and budget spend
  • Prepare and analyze business sales results, identify trends and actionable insights
  • Communicate daily updates and day to day business needs to internal and external team members
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to successfully communicate business needs
  • Other duties as assigned

About you:

  • You are proactive and enjoy a fast-paced work environment helping multiple departments.
  • You are organized and detail oriented.
  • You are technologically savvy and are able to work in multiple platforms while analyzing data.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in Retail or related industry, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Business Management or related field, preferred
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn various internal and external retail partner systems
  • Business proficiency with Microsoft Suite, strong with Excel
  • Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (4 days per week in office)
